This site is operated by Malek Toujani, photographer based in Paris, France. This page explains what personal data is collected and why.

What is collected

When you create a client space or book a session: your name, email, phone number (optional) and the details you share about your project. When you contact me: your name, email and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email.

Why

Only to organise and deliver your sessions, reply to your messages, and — if you opted in — send occasional news. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Your photos

Client galleries are private and only visible to you once signed in. Images are never published in the portfolio without your consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to contact@malektoujani.com. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

Only one functional cookie is used, to keep you signed in to your client space. No tracking or advertising cookies.
